Step 1 - Print
Go to the strength cards PDF here or in the link in our instagram bio, and either print out your card, or hold it up on your device.
Step 2 - Film
Film your video, with you talking about why you are proud to have a strength, and even share some art, music or writing inspired by that strength.
Step 3 - Share
Share your video on instagram with the #uniteinstrength and tag @uniteinstrength, or DM us your video on our instagram @uniteinstrength
